Cafe Charlotte

Food was great particularly the pumpkin cake. I could have eaten a bowl of the cream cheese frosting. The coffee tastes like they cooked it for 8 hrs using jet black beans, so slightly dinged the food score. The staff is friendly, but gave 1 star on service because they ask for a 15/20/25% tip, so you’re expecting you’re gonna get table service after ordering the counter. There is no such service that you just paid for, in fact you have to bus your own plates as well. Felt like a sucker. Cute atmosphere, decent menu. Probably will go back as it’s next to the Jujitsu place little one goes to.
